Minimum Requirements:

? 6 to 8 years of work experience in IT environments supporting software licensing operations.
? Proficient in MS Windows OS, Licenses Management tools
? Familiar with Linux environment

Major Responsibilities:
Business Operations
? Works with the IT Planning lead to create Master Plan , Budget Plans, ILDP, and Resourcing Plans
? Helps in the development of Short Form Contracts and Special Consultancy Contracts
? Tracks plans and projects implementations
? Follows on invoice payments

License Management
? Supports the IT purchasing team in the maintenance of software catalogue
? Helps in the maintenance of software database and licenses renewals
? Analyses and tracks IT Software Acquisition performance indicators

Reporting
? Communicates and reports the status of the different IT Plans
? Assembles budget, accounting, charging, and invoicing reports
? Helps the management analyzing and assessing the cost-effectiveness of IT Solutions

Qualification:
? At least 5 years of experience in business administration preferably in an educational environment.

Major Responsibilities:
? Maintain reference files, filing system. Handles routine revisions to guidelines and procedures manual
? Prepare and maintain statistical reports, data analyses, and financial summaries by using financial planning programs
? Maintain e-time reporting systems, telephone directory updates and pool cars records in accordance with company guidelines and procedures

? Package and prepare license files for new applications to run in a centralized license management system

? Resolves issues/risks specific to the Blackboard system.
? Support the design, build and testing of all Blackboard system modifications and interfaces.

? Use experience to conduct gap analysis with business proponents to identify opportunities in utilization of existing solutions.
? Work with IT delivery team on planning and delivery of key required projects and changes.
? Coordinate with proponents for planning and delivery of testing and acceptance of required changes and implemented systems before deployment.

Qualifications & Experience

? Between 3-5 years of experience in similar role
? Blackboard Administration Certification is preferred
